Award-winning Director Lin Cheng-Shen has made numerous films including A DRIFTING LIFE (1996), MARCH OF HAPPINESS (1999) and ROBINSON’S CRUSOE (2003), which were selected for Cannes Film Festival. In the past ten years, Lin has been paying close attention to people living with Autism, including in his previous documentary TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STARS (2010). 

Taiwan D.B. Art Collective is a studio based in Guandu Taiwan, specializing in teaching children with Autism and learning disabilities. Every student expresses their feelings through different mediums such as painting or playing music. Director Lin has spent years capturing the students’ stories and their parents who live with tremendous patience and love. This documentary creatively applies animations to bring the students’ artworks alive onto the big screen. 

以《放浪》、《愛你愛我》等多部劇情長片角逐國際影展的林正盛，不忘以紀錄片形式關懷社會議題，繼亞斯伯格症者為對象的《一閃一閃亮晶晶》之後，呈獻另一部動人肺腑的紀錄片。

導演林正盛和妻子韓淑華經營的特教機構「多寶藝術學堂」裡，收容著一群極具藝術天賦、看起來和一般人沒什麼不同卻又特別的學員——自閉症患者。林正盛以不卑不亢的溫柔姿態，滲入自閉症者的生活和他們栩栩如生的藝術創作，透過鏡頭捕捉他們精湛的琴藝與繪畫，訴說不為人知的艱辛與生命觀。
