Director-Actor-Scriptwriter Lee Hong-Chi, editor Qin Yanan (Long Day's Journey Into Night, 2018) and producer Shan Zuo-Long (Kaili Blues, 2015), LOVE IS A GUN explores the fine line between criminality and desperation in a society governed by strict hierarchies of power and wealth.

Fresh out of a three-year prison sentence, Sweet Potato strives to lead a law-abiding life, seeking dull peace over the allure of crime. However, with debts looming ominously on the horizon, he faces a critical choice for his newfound freedom. As Sweet Potato's past resurfaces with a vengeance, he is forced to navigate the labyrinthine shadows of redemption and deceit, entangling him in a web of darkness that appears inescapable.

《醉．生夢死》是李鴻其導演處女作，以長鏡頭詮釋台灣電影的寫實新風貌，從充滿活力的城市景觀到神秘的都市鄉野。影片由《地球最後的夜晚》的剪輯師秦亞楠和《路邊演餐》的製片人單佐龍合作，並榮獲威尼斯影展未來之獅獎。《愛是一把槍》探索在權力和財富的嚴格等級制度下，犯罪與絕望之間微妙的界線。
