Speakers:
- TAICCA Director of Global Business Zoe Wang, who was the former licensing director for Spotify with more than 20 years of experience in the music industry in Asia
- TAICCA Content Lab Specialist Jennifer Huang, who has many years of experience in licensing and project management
- Multi-award-winning film and television producer Kylie du Fresne, has worked on various outstanding projects including NEW GOLD MOUNTAIN (2021), THE INVISIBLE MAN (2020), I AM WOMAN (2019), HOLDING THE MAN (2015), THE SAPPHIRES (2012) and many more.
- Producer Michael Wrenn has been in the film industry for more than 25 years across UK, France and Australasia; film projects he has worked on include 6 FESTIVALS (2022), THE BUTTERFLY TREE (2017), WOMEN HE'S UNDRESSED (2015), and many more.
Part 2
Host: producer and director Ana Tiwary who started the production company indiVisual films. Ana co-produced the first Asian-Australian rom-com RHAPSODY OF LOVE (2021).
Speakers:
- Director-scriptwriter Lou Yi-An has worked in the film and television industry for more than 20 years and often uses dark humour to tackle the issues of society caused by the generation gaps and the economic imbalance. His works include A PLACE OF ONE'S OWN (2009), THE LOSERS (2013), WHITE LIES, BLACK LIES (2016) and GODDAMNED ASURA (2021) which recently just won the Best Script at the 2022 Taipei Film Awards.
- Director Huang Yin-Yu's works include TEMPERATURE AT NIGHTS (2013), which was selected for the international competition of Visions du Reel, AFTER SPRING, THE TAMAKI FAMILY... (2016) selected for DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, GREEN Jail (2021) is his second feature documentary and was selected in Doc Station of Berlinale Talents and received the Grand Prize at Pitching du Reel of Visions du Reel.
- Sydney Film School founder and director-writer Ben Ferris whose works include the feature drama-documentary 57 LAWSON (2016) that was named in 2018 as one of the “top 5 films” by the Sydney Morning Herald and given 4/4 stars by The Age, and his first feature film PENELOPA (2009), premiered in official competition at the 56th Pula Film Festival in Croatia and won Best Fantasy Feature Film at Amsterdam Film Festiva in 2010.
